This notice explains, in plain words, what information the learning platform keeps and why. It is written for students, parents and guardians, teachers and school administrators.

What this notice covers
The platform keeps only the information a school needs to run lessons: names, class and section, the work a student submits, marks and feedback, attendance, and the messages the platform sends to parents and guardians.
Each school decides who in its own staff can see this information. People at one school cannot see the records of another school.
How the information is used
Information is used to teach, to show progress to the student, the teacher and the family, and to keep the platform safe and working. It is not sold, and it is not used to show advertisements.
Students under the age of majority use the platform through their school. The school is responsible for obtaining the consent of parents and guardians where it is needed.
Your choices
You can ask your school to correct a record, to give you a copy of it, or to delete it when it is no longer needed. Your school office will raise the request with OrbitQube Technologies where the platform has to act.
